Where Do All Those Idiotic Voters Come From?

Have you ever looked at the Presidential Election polls (or the actual results on, or after Election Day), and felt disheartened to see so many fellow citizens falling for the lies/bullsh!t/nonesense of the other candidate, to the point where he/she is drawing upwards of 40% of eligible/likely/actual voters.  Have you wondered, “Who are these idiots who are voting for the other candidate, and where on earth did they come from?”

We’ll break it down for you.

When you’re driving on the highway, how many drivers you encounter drive like absolute maniacs or maddeningly slowly?  [As a frame of reference, Trump is like the driver who zooms up the shoulder or the lane that is closing and then cuts in at the last second, because his time is way more important than everyone else’s.  In contrast, Clinton is like the driver/traffic monitor ahead of you who decides that she will let one or two people coming out of a parking lot into the line of traffic just before the big intersection, causing you to miss a green light you would have had no trouble making, and now you have to wait for another 5-minute light cycle].

When you’re on your drive time commute, how many other drivers are absolute idiots? what about bicyclists?  Pedestrians who are looking at their phones or otherwise oblivious to traffic?

If you commute by subway/train/bus, how many people people either push and squeeze ahead of you, mosey in front of you as you’re rushing to catch it, block the doorway as you’re trying to get on or off, play loud music, won’t give up their seat for a disabled or pregnant person, and generally are totally inconsiderate?

What percentage of people you see at concerts/sporting events/festivals do something obnoxious?  For sports fans, does the percentage go up at the stadium/arena of your rivals? How about when you are stuck in a terrible traffic jam getting into the parking lot or trying to stuff yourself into mass transit?

What percentage of people you see at the shopping mall bother you?  How about at Wal*Mart? Do these percentages go up on Black Friday?

How about when you are getting on a plane?  Ever have trouble finding overhead bin space because some jerks filled up your bin so they didn’t have to carry their bags to the back of the plane where they’re sitting? Ever sit next to an armrest hog or someone who insists on slamming their seat back into your knees or your laptop?

Ever have to deal with a rude or non-responsive representative of the power company, cable company, or  bank?

Finally, have you ever had to endure screaming kids at a restaurant or kids running around wildly in a waiting room while the parents sit blissfully by, not even trying to control them?

THESE are the people voting for the other candidate!
