As reported by Politico Playbook PM, yesterday on the House floor, Marjorie Taylor Greene said she’s NOW willing to ACCEPT the REALITY of various events that she has denied up until the previous day — so it’s all good!

Among the gracious concessions she has made are:

School shootings are “absolutely real.” Okay.

9/11 “absolutely happened … I do not believe that it’s fake.” Thank goodness, we can finally put THAT ONE to bed!

So far so good.  Looks like she’s giving reality a short test drive, and if she likes it, she may sign up for more. 

Greene says that cancel culture is “a very real thing.” I’m sure she must be saying how terrible it is that she, Trump, and their ilk tried so hard — against all evidence to the contrary — to cancel Biden’s Presidential election win, right? This must be her way of expressing heartfelt remorse for her role in this dangerous, divisive, and anti-democratic effort, don’t you think?

Then she says the media is “just as guilty as QAnon of presenting truth and lies to divide us.” OOPS! This takes both-sides-ism to a ludicrous extreme, essentially saying that if QAnon presents lies and the media presents truth, it’s the disconnect between the two that divides — and both are equally responsible!

Greene claims that abortion is the “worst thing this country has ever committed.” Uh Oh. SLAVERY did NOT top the list? Guess Black Lives STILL DON’T MATTER to her — unless they’re fetuses!

Finally, she acknowledges that “None of us are perfect.” No SHlT Sherlock! We didn’t need your help on that one – so you don’t need to keep on proving it every time you open your mouth.
