President Donald Trump has declared that the 2018 Mid-Term elections are all about him (surprise, surprise!) and he’ll stick with that claim unless his party takes a beating.  Then, of course, he’ll blame someone else.  Here is the “closing argument” Trumps making to voters to help ensure a Republican “Red Tide”:

“I don’t believe in the American Dream, or the Statue of Liberty’s promise!  I don’t believe in the American Melting Pot!

“I don’t believe in American Exceptionalism. I believe the U.S. is mediocre at best and we have to erect new barriers to others (in trade & immigration) because we are simply not good enough to compete with the rest of the world!

I believe that the government owes people the exact job they want (while decrying Democrat “socialism”!), regardless of the societal costs!  Our workers shouldn’t have to adapt to the 20^th Century, much less the 21^st Century! This is true of economics, racial and ethnic stereotyping, and many other things!

I believe that those white people who proclaim themselves to be the superior race are, in fact, inferior (Have you ever seen my supporters at my rallies?) and must be given Special Rules to protect them. They can’t compete in today’s world – and why should they??

If you believe these things, if you believe that individuals bear no responsibility for their lot in life and can demand that society cater to them (as long as they’re white), then VOTE WITH ME FOR THE “RED TIDE”!!
