John Kelly has said he wouldn’t call ripping apart children and parents who illegally cross the southern border “cruel,” famously stating “The children will be taken care of — put into foster care or whatever.” Here are some other things he “wouldn’t call”:

 “I wouldn’t call the hiring of the President’s daughter and son-in-law, with absolutely no qualifications to work in the White House, ‘nepotism’.”

 “I wouldn’t call selling the highest office in the land for personal gain ‘corruption’.”

 “I wouldn’t call insisting on sycophantic flattery of the President at the outset of each Cabinet meeting ‘idol worship’.”

 “I wouldn’t call the President’s obsession with Obama and all that he accomplished ‘jealousy’.”

 “But I would call a spade a spade, and maybe a Hispanic, too!”
