Ever wonder why the President, seemingly without provocation, suddenly unleashes mad tweetstorms full of multiple, easily refuted lies? Or rambles on and on with a reporter in a freewheeling interview, dispensing lie after lie – even after his staff gives him multiple opportunities to cut off the interview because he is late for another meeting (“Don’t stop me – I’m killin’ it here with this reporter!”)?
The answer is a simple bit of technology – literally a LieBit. Similar to a Fitbit, the LieBit allows Trump to set a goal, such as the number of lies he wants/needs to tell in a day, and if he is falling behind his goal, it gives him a gentle reminder that he needs to get moving and step it up a bit.
“It’s great!” the President says. “It really keeps me on top of my game. Lying is essential to my performance – in business, in politics, and in my personal life! The LieBit helps me stay on track!”
