Trump advance team for his Missouri rally is working overtime on preparations, primarily to teach rally leaders the new chant the President wants to lead:

“What are we gonna do?”

“Build the Wall!”

“And who’s gonna pay for it?”

“Mexico, eventually, through reimbursement/other, and if Congress doesn’t authorize funds to pay for it now, because Mexico won’t, we will shut down the whole government!!
